NEW VENDOR/DEALER GROUP
Harbour Capital Corporation, of Newington, New Hampshire, announced today that Samuel H. Smith, III has joined the company as Executive Vice President. Mr. Smith will lead the newly formed Vendor/Dealer Group of Harbour Capital Corporation which consists of a team of seasoned professionals he has worked with for up to fifteen years.
Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry. He was a co-founder of Wentworth Capital Corporation, which provided creative financing solutions to middle market companies and was later sold to N.Y. based Charter Financial. Subsequent to that he was Senior Vice President and division Manager for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, Inc. which acquired Charter Financial in late 2000. Most recently, Smith was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Equilease Financial Services, Inc. and prior to that formed a Vendor/Dealer division for ORIX Financial Services, Inc.
