Phennicie to Head Sales at Harbour Capital Corporation

Newington, NH *** Harbour Capital Corporation, one of America’s leading equipment financing companies, announced today the appointment of Frank Phennicie as National Sales Manager.

Mr. Phennicie brings over 30 years of experience in commercial lending to Harbour Capital including management posts with Signal Capital, AT&T Capital, BankBoston Leasing, and Wells Fargo Equipment Finance.
